The Digimon Tamers.
As you all know, the protagonists and main playable characters in DMO are the Tamers, humans who team up with Digimon in order to develop a bond with each other and grow stronger with time. Tamers' main goal is to have a good relationship with their Digimon so they can both get stronger and be able to defeat stronger enemies later on, and to complete certain quests along the way, also fighting wild Digimon or gathering special quest items to achieve them.
Just like in any game, there are many playable characters to choose, in this case there are different Tamers to choose from two of the main Digimon series up to date. The series from which playable Tamers are taken from are both Digimon Adventure and Digimon Savers, also known as Digimon Data Squad.
In DMO, players can choose to begin playing only with Digimon Savers' Tamers, as Digimon Adventure Tamers can be unlocked to play as them later on.
All Tamers have their own base stats and special Tamer Skills that vary from each other, so every Tamer is unique in his or her own personal way.
In order to change your current Tamer to a Digimon Adventure one, you need to get special items called Tamer Changes, which can be obtained on the following ways:
1-From the Cash Shop (used to be able with many but not anymore recently).
2-From other players, paying Teras for them (price may vary for each one).
3-From killing Crack of Devimon, a quite strong Digimon Boss.
4-From killing wild Digimon in File Island area (extremely low drop rate).
To change back from a Digimon Adventure Tamer to a Digimon Savers Tamer, you need a special item called Exchange Tamer Item, which can be obtained through the Cash Shop for 64PSilk/Silk each, or bought from players for Teras.
I hope this post's information has been useful for you. In another post i'll bring more details about every Tamer's base stats and Tamer Skills. See you soon. ;)
